The Conference Room is conveniently located in the heart of downtown and is ideal for meetings or social events. This very spacious 18′ x 48′ room comfortably seats 12 at a large conference room table. Expanded seating can be accommodated with additional tables and chairs, and we have an adjacent smaller meeting room that can be used if needed, included as part of your rental. A beautiful kitchen adjoins both rooms so that refreshments or meals can be easily accessed. This suite of rooms provides lots of options for your event needs. The Conference Room offers a warm and comfortable environment for all types of occasions: business meetings, sales meetings, training or continuing education, staff retreats, mediations, interviews, fundraisers, social gatherings, etc. We offer free WiFi, coffee and water, a smart TV and videoconferencing capability, as well as conference speakerphone. We have a lot of flexibility and would love an opportunity to make your social or business event successful, whatever it is! Please indicate the number of attendees in your meeting, the type of event and if you will need catering services. If you are seeking a non-profit rate, please have your tax exempt information available and contact us for special pricing. Deposit of one half of rental fee will be required to reserve your date.
Cancellations:
A 7 day notice is required to avoid any cancellations fees. If cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date and time, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
If you’ve requested a date that is currently reserved, we will keep your name and information on a wait list and contact you on a first-come, first-serve basis should there be a cancellation.
