We wanted to do a brief open this edition with a reader sending us this picture who asked, “Why is your newsletter all about dogs?!” Because we are advocates for a lot of causes – property insurance reform, disaster recovery public policy, consumer advocacy, dog rescue, housing scholarships for young college students, and the list goes on – we are adding to our list supporting a “cat fund” and we don’t mean the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund! Hope this makes you smile today by seeing this really smart cat who “elevated her profile” by associating with those standing tall.
