The Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC) is pleased to announce the 21th Annual Joint (DIF/SIU) Division of Insurance Fraud / Special Investigative Units Conference at the Caribe Royale Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, June 5-7, 2013.

WHY: The FIFEC Conference is nationally recognized for creating an alliance between the Florida Special Investigative Units, the Division of Insurance Fraud, Florida Department of Financial Services, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement and State Prosecutors through educational courses and networking.

VISUALS: The conference is very reasonably priced, and there are continuing education credits available for attorneys and insurance adjusters. Our speakers are hand selected and many have spoken and presented locally, nationally and some have even spoken internationally.
KEYNOTE: Florida Chief Financial Officer, Honorable Jeff Atwater on June 5th at 11 AM. Additionally, FIFEC is proud to have the Florida (DFS-DIF) Director of the Division of Insurance Fraud, Daniel Anderson, speak as we unite in our efforts to educate Florida in Fraud Awareness. We also plan on having in attendance DFS-DIF Assistant Director Jack Kelley and Florida 9th Circuit Court State Attorney Jeff Ashton. Ernie King, Executive Chairman of FIFEC will start the conference at 11 AM followed by OPENING REMARKS from Orange County Sheriff’s Office Captain Julia Blackmon, PRESENTATION OF THE COLORS BY OCSO’s COLOR GUARD, and the Pledge of Allegiance, to start the 21st Annual FIFEC Conference.
